Conemaugh Nason Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool in Roaring Spring, PA. You will rotate across Med/Surg, ICU and ER, providing high-quality nursing care, documenting care, and supporting patient education.

We offer a full-time schedule with 3x12 night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays, plus a up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a strong orientation to help you grow professionally.

Formación

• Graduate of an RN program with PA license or MSL from compact states.
• 3–5 years nursing experience, preferably Med/Surg, ICU, ER.
• BLS required; ACLS or PALS within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Float to Med/Surg, ICU and ER as needed.
• Document patient care provided.
• Educate patient and family about care as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines and arrange transfers.
• Administer meds and IV therapies and monitor effects.
• Ensure narcotics are accounted for and report errors.

Conocimientos

Nursing

BLS Certification

ACLS or ACLS within 6 months

PALS or within 6 months

Med/Surg/ICU/ER experience

Educación

Associate's degree in Nursing

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
