Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA, invites an experienced RN to join the Med Surg Float Pool. This full-time role supports multiple units with 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

A $20,000 bonus is offered for eligible candidates, plus an enhanced hourly rate for float pool assignments. The position requires a PA RN license, an Associate degree in Nursing, and ≥5 years RN experience with ≥2 years in acute med-surg.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license.
• Associates degree in nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with 2 years acute med-surg.
• Experience in cardiac monitoring and IV therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Patient Care Team's delivery of personalized, efficient care across shifts and units.
• Assess patients and participate in discharge planning.
• Implement the established plan of care and collaborate with the Patient Care Team.
