Job summary

Conemaugh Nason Medical Center in Roaring Spring, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support Medical‑Surgical, ICU, Cath Lab and Emergency Services. This full-time role features varied shifts, rotating weekends/holidays, and a up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

You will deliver comprehensive nursing care, develop and adjust care plans, administer meds, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN program with PA license or MSL.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BTNC/ATCN/TNCC within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process as basis for care.
• Develop an individualized care plan for each patient.
• Plan and evaluate care and update as needs change.
• Discharge planning with physician, patient and family.
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely.
• Maintain infection control and hand hygiene.
• Communicate changes and coordinate with the care team.
• Supervise and evaluate care delivered by staff.
