Lifepoint Health's Conemaugh Nason Medical Center in Roaring Spring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Emergency Services. This full-time role features a 3x12 schedule (7a-7p) with rotating weekends/holidays, and a lucrative bonus program up to $20,000 for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN with PA license or compact license required.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• ACLS, PALS and BTNC or equivalent training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Triage emergencies and manage patient flow in the ED.
• Provide primary nursing care throughout the ED stay.
• Identify arrhythmias and intervene per protocol; communicate with physicians.
• Start IVs, administer meds and fluids, titrate as ordered.
• Perform CPR and serve as code nurse during CPA events.
• Care for critically ill patients during transfers; provide handoffs.
• Document observations and nursing interventions meticulously.
