Job summary

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg Float Pool. This full-time role features variable 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, and a $20,000 bonus eligibility.

The position includes a raised float-rate of $56.94 per hour and opportunities to work across multiple units, expand skills, and mentor new staff. We value flexibility, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and an associate degree in nursing.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Experience in cardiac monitoring, trauma, neuro, critical care, and IV therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Patient Care Team's delivery of personalized, efficient care across units.
• Provide comprehensive patient assessment and participate in discharge planning.
• Implement the established plan of care and collaborate with team members.
