Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg FloatPool. This full-time role features 12-hour shifts, weekend/holiday rotation, and a fleet-wide float across units to support patient care needs.

Eligible candidates may receive up to a $20,000 bonus and a float team hourly rate of $56.94. We value professional growth, ACLS/NIH education, and mandatory nursing competencies within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years RN experience, with 2 years acute med-surg care.
• BSN preferred; RN license required.
• ACLS, NIH education and trauma course within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care with a Patient Care Team across units.
• Assess patients, participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain competencies and participate in process improvements.
