Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Gettysburg, PA area for a full-time, hybrid role requiring regular local travel for in-person patient appointments. You will coordinate with treating physicians/providers, employers, and patients to create and implement treatment plans that return patients to work safely and cost-effectively.

The role leverages nursing expertise and case-management skills to monitor progress, adjust goals, and ensure quality care while traveling to assigned

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Independent worker with solid written communication and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to support early return to work.
• Evaluate progress and adjust case goals as needed.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.

Education

Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
