Enlyte in Richmond, VA is seeking a Field Case Manager. This full-time, hybrid role requires local travel for in-person patient appointments and coordination with physicians, employers, and injured workers.

You will manage treatment plans, ensure appropriate and cost-effective care, and support safe return to work, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers; independent work and strong written communication.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC/CMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice in daily work.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers/physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress.
• Independently manage workload and attend appointments as needed.
• Prepare status updates for customers and perform other duties as assigned.
