Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Bronx, NY area. The role involves collaborating with physicians, employers, and patients to design and execute treatment plans that promote safe return to work. Regular local travel is required for in-person appointments.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or related field).
• 2+ years of clinical practice; Workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled patients in collaboration with physicians/providers.
• Coordinate with employers, providers, and patients to enable safe, timely return to work.
• Travel to in-person appointments within the assigned geography; attend appointments with injured workers.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals based on patient response and treatment effectiveness.
• Prepare status updates and communicate outcomes to customers and internal teams.
