Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury/medication knowledge.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and work status.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and resources to tailor plans.
• Interact with employers and physicians to modify duties for early RTW.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases; attend appointments when needed.
• Prepare status updates for customers and perform other duties.
