The role requires an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and strong advocacy, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently; proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans to restore injured workers to work.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment and ensure cost-effective care.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Prioritize workload and manage cases to meet goals.
