Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Omaha, NE area for a full‑time, hybrid role requiring regular local travel to attend in-person appointments with injured workers. You will coordinate with physicians, employers, and patients to develop cost‑effective treatment plans aimed at early return to work.

Required RN license with 2+ years of clinical practice preferred and experience in workers’ compensation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans based on injuries and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload and provide status updates to customers.
