Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to assess and coordinate care for injured workers, collaborating with physicians, employers, and patients to design effective treatment plans that enable safe return-to-work.

The role requires RN licensure, 2+ years of clinical practice, and strong communication. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Spokane, WA area with regular local travel for in-person appointments.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage field-based casework and coordinate with physicians, employers, and patients.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans to support return-to-work goals.
• Schedule and attend in-person appointments in assigned geography.
• Communicate progress and provide status updates to clients and internal teams.
