Job summary

Minnesota Masonic Home is hiring RNs to join our Transitional Care, Long Term Care and Memory Care units. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, admit and discharge residents, and oversee TMA/NAR staff.

You will report changes to the RN, document thoroughly, and uphold HIPAA and Resident Rights while delivering compassionate care. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a generous benefits package and a beautiful campus.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in MN
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work with elderly and in transition settings

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing tasks to meet resident needs on the Transitional Care Unit, Long Term Care or Memory Care Units
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician
• Admit and discharge residents and oversee staff
• Report changes to RN/Supervisor and physician
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and document required information
