Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in St. Paul is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care Nursing team. This full-time role focuses on residents recovering from hospitalization, surgery, or illness, helping them regain strength and independence.

You will administer medications, monitor health, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and transitions of care. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 0.8 FTE schedule on day shift.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health; update plans of care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families.
• Support residents through recovery, rehabilitation, and transitions of care.
• Supervise and support caregiving staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
