Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab in downtown St. Paul seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized resident care in the Transitional Care and Long Term Care units.

The role uses the nursing process, delegates tasks, and demonstrates sound clinical judgment through problem solving. You will participate in admissions and discharges, monitor daily rounds, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with families and external providers.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Minnesota
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Certified CPR with AED training preferred
• Minimum of less than 1 year nursing experience as RN

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized resident care using the nursing process.
• Monitor nursing care through daily rounds and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Delegate tasks to nursing assistants within scope of practice.
