Job summary

Northern Lakes Senior Living in Baxter, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to ensure the safety and health needs of residents in Assisted Living/Memory Care are met. The role supports medication administration, health assessments, and coordination with physicians under Minnesota regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing
• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Responsibilities

• Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Performs initial and on-going assessments per Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and Nurse Practice Act; 90-day updates.
• Coordinates resident health services with internal and external providers.
• Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration.
• Assists DHS in scheduling Supervisory Visits and monitors staff performance.

Education

Associates Degree in Nursing

MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
