Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in St. Paul, MN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our LTC Nursing team.

This full-time position supports residents recovering from hospitalization, surgery, or illness, helping them regain strength and independence. Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing residents, developing care plans, and coordinating with physicians and therapists.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary care team.
• Experience with federally funded healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families.
• Support residents through recovery, rehabilitation, and transitions of care.
• Supervise and support caregiving staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain EMR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
• Promote resident education and a safe, dignified environment.
