Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in Saint Paul seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care Nursing team. The role will float between two Long-Term Care floors, delivering resident-centered care, administering medications, and updating care plans.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and a multidisciplinary team, supervise staff, document in EMR, and participate in infection control and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health needs.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families.
• Supervise and support caregiving staff.
• Document accurately in the EMR.
• Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.
• Advocate for residents and educate residents, families, and caregivers.
