Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with state board.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs.
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Assess residents' health needs and update care plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise caregiving staff and ensure care plans are followed.
• Educate families and residents about care plans and options.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and providers.
• Document resident conditions accurately in EMR; monitor changes.
• Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance.
