Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure.
• BSN required; MSN with education focus or MEd preferred.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new hires and identifies learning styles for orientation.
• Develops competency-based orientations and schedules.
• Coordinates preceptors and educational events for staff.
• Evaluates and updates education programs to improve outcomes.
• Leads professional development and mentorship across units.
