Mercy is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for Medical-Surgical Services to oversee patient care during nights and evenings. The role emphasizes staffing, patient flow, and collaboration with the Staffing Office to meet productivity and financial goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, an active RN license, and AHA Healthcare Provider certification; TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS are preferred. A BSN is preferred to support leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of safe, high-quality care and optimize resource utilization.
• Staff nursing units to ensure patient care is provided effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrative personnel and other co-workers to improve processes.
• Lead, mentor and inspire co-workers to adopt best practices in patient care.
• Assess data and support personnel in providing appropriate level of care.
