Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical‑Surgical Services, nights and evenings. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current RN license in the applicable state, with 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience. Special certifications such as TNCC, ACLS, ENPC or PALS are expected or completed within probation.

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assures delivery of safe, high-quality and cost-effective care by competent co-workers.
• Ensures units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Involved in patient flow and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Leads with professional standards and mentors co-workers to promote change.
