Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN – Medical‑Surgical Services for Nights & Evenings. You will supervise safe patient care, ensure staffing levels, and collaborate with the Staffing Office to optimize bed management.

The role requires an RN with 3–5 years hospital nursing experience and a current state license. AHA Provider card and advanced certifications (TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS) are expected. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• 3–5 years hospital nursing experience.
• AHA Healthcare Provider card or course within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.
