Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN – Medical-Surgical Services to lead night and evening shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and efficient use of resources.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and administrative teams to optimize patient flow, staff development, and adherence to policy. A Bachelor’s in Nursing and active RN licensure are required, with 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in applicable state
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
• Certification in relevant providers required or completed within probation (e.g., TNCC, ACLS, ENPC or PALS)

Responsabilités

• Ensure safe, high-quality care and optimal staffing
• Lead and mentor nursing staff and co-workers
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to improve processes
• Monitor patient flow and bed management in coordination with Staffing Office
