Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho/Spine program at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time position offers a 36-hour work week and a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, five years of direct patient care, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Epic. Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification are mandatory, with opportunities to lead clinical programs and drive quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Epic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applicable program(s) and provide clinical and administrative leadership in patient care.
• Oversee operations and clinical program processes to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist leadership in establishing goals for the program to provide patient-focused, cost-efficient care.
• Direct oversight for applicable program regulatory accreditation.
• Review patient care in the acute-care setting and address concerns of patients and care partners.
• Collaborate with physicians, coordinators, nursing, case management, social workers, therapists, radiology, lab, dieticians, pharmacy, and other team members to ensure quality care delivery.
