Job summary

TheKey in Vienna, VA is seeking an RN Client Success Manager to ensure consistent, quality in-home care. You will manage client relationships, reassess care plans, and collaborate with the care team to tailor services to each client’s needs and preferences. Travel up to 75% locally as required.

Role focuses on life-enriching support, accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with state regulations, while driving long-term client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in health care or elder care.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution.
• Computer proficiency and accurate notes in client visits.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day client relationship and delivery of quality care.
• Conduct in-person nursing initial and reassessments and care planning.
• Maintain up-to-date client care plans and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure state regulations and company guidelines are followed.
• Support on-call and after-hours as needed.
• Adjust services and staffing as client needs evolve.
