Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide direct client care at home and supervise clinical staff in the Falls Church area. The RN will use the nursing process to ensure high-quality client care while aligning with state regulations and care plans.

Active RN licensure in the designated state and CPR certification are required. Candidates should be able to travel 50-75% and document care accurately in the system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification is required.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in computer documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to provide care in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and manage client cases.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental status.
• Perform initial client assessments and coordinate care plans with physicians.
• Deliver nursing services according to the plan of care.
• Monitor client status and update care plans as needed.
• Coordinate services across disciplines for each client.
• Lead and supervise the clinical team and trainings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for state requirements.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and client care.
