Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team at Legacy at Town Creek in Palestine, TX. This role supports resident care and works closely with the DON, ADON, and medical staff to plan and provide nursing services.

Shift is 6am–6pm, with every other weekend off. A $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff is paid out in 30-60-90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
