Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an experienced nurse (RN or LPN) to join our Memory Care Center in Palestine, TX. You will work 12-hour shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a) and collaborate with a supportive DON, ADON, and clinical staff to plan and deliver nursing services for residents.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment, with eligibility for payout after 30-60-90 days. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to non-discrimination.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and change lives.
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish normal vs. abnormal findings and identify early problems.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents, such as completing medical forms and charting.

We are opening our Memory Care Center for long-term senior care and are in search of knowledgeable staff with the heart to help us provide this much needed care. We are growing our team and adding Amazing Healthcare Professionals. What we need to get there is a motivated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who wants to be part of a great team and to be committed to growing her/his talents under the guidance of a supportive DON, knowledgeable ADON, and great clinical staff.

What You’ll be Doing
