Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join the Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center team on the Day shift. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician to review residents and plan nursing services under the guidance of the DON and clinical leadership.

You will assess residents, complete medical forms and charting, and support your colleagues in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to each resident every day.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding residents.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
