Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to join a care-focused team at Legacy at Town Creek in Palestine, TX. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and nursing staff to deliver compassionate resident care and ensure accurate documentation.

Shifts are 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am, with every other weekend off. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment, and the employer emphasizes equal opportunity and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts available, every other weekend off.
• $1000 Sign-on Bonus for FT employment only paid out 30-60-90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
