Job summary

Legacy at Town Creek in Palestine, TX is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our caring nursing team. You will work under the supervision of a DON and alongside a skilled clinical staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

This FT role offers 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am shifts, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and an opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on residents' lives. We value teamwork, compassion, and dependable coverage to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am shifts available, every other weekend off.
• $1000 Sign-on Bonus for FT employment paid 30-60-90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the DON in planning nursing services.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish normal vs. abnormal findings.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms and charting.

What You’ll be Doing

• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
