Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join a compassionate care team at Legacy at Town Creek in Palestine, TX. You will work with Medical Director, attending physician, and DON to provide quality nursing services, and support residents in their health and well-being.

FT role with a $1000 sign-on bonus; must hold a current RN license in good standing. Our team emphasizes growth, collaboration, and exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
