Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join a caregiving team in Palestine, TX. This full-time role runs 6am–6pm with every other weekend off and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians to plan and deliver nursing services, support resident wellbeing, and help teammates grow professionally under strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Commitment to resident care and teamwork.
• Willingness to grow professionally under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the DON in planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and change lives.
• Examining residents and their records to identify early signs of problems.
• Performing administrative duties for residents, such as completing forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
