Serenity Estates of Daytona Beach is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role delivering patient-centered care to residents in a dynamic long-term care setting.

You will administer medications, contribute to care plans, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and smooth transitions for residents and families in a compassionate, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long-term care regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident charts and medication administration records.

About the Role
