Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in a full-time or part-time capacity. Shifts run 7a-7p or 7p-7a, and staff supervision is under the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes coordinating nursing services with other departments, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive work environment focused on quality outcomes and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Current RN license in Florida
• CPR/BLS certification
• Two years of clinical nursing experience
• One year of management experience (preferred)
• One year of geriatrics/subacute care experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; additional languages helpful

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts. All duties must align with professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Peripheral IV certification
• Two years of clinical nursing experience
• One year of management experience (preferred)
• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care
• CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful
