Coastal Health & Rehabilitation Center in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities during assigned shifts. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and ensures care aligns with standards and regulations.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules across all shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a), with an $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. Our team emphasizes quality care, professional growth, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• One year in geriatrics or subacute care.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily activities during assigned shifts.
• Monitor delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
