Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team on the 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts. The role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily activities to ensure high standards of care under the Director of Nursing.

This position requires an RN license, preferably BSN, and involves coordinating with other resident services, maintaining documentation, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across shifts in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment
• BSN preferred
• Peripheral IV certification
• 2 years clinical nursing experience
• 1 year management experience preferred
• 1 year experience in geriatrics or subacute care
• CPR/BLS certification
• Proficient in English; other languages helpful

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action
• Provide reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing

• Two years of clinical nursing experience

• One year of management experience (preferred)

• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care

• CPR/BLS certification

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful
