Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in Order Management.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage RMA and warranty case backlogs by reviewing and processing cases in Salesforce and SAP.
• Validate and process sales orders, track schedules, and monitor invoicing accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
