Qualifications

• Experience with Supply Chain, preferably RMA, reverse logistics, and warranty management.
• Experience working with global teams and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document RMA workflows specific to semiconductor product returns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Customer Operations, Logistics, and IT.
• Act as the functional SME for RMA-related processes in SAP, Salesforce, and other internal systems.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Execute configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates related to RMA.
