Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Warranty Claims Technician to support the Vi-US Sales Team with customer returns and warranty claims from our Warwick, RI location. The role involves data management, CRM/ERP use, and training 3rd party reps to ensure efficient warranty workflows.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED with warranty processing experience; an Associate degree with related experience is acceptable, and SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of warranty claims processing experience, or an Associate degree with 1+ year of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vi-US Sales Team with Customer Returns and Warranty Claims.
• Liaise with customers to process RGAs.
• Data management, user support, and system maintenance.
• Work within CRM to manage tickets and communication.
• Process orders, returns, and credits in ERP.
• Provide warranty process training to 3rd party reps and wholesale partners.
• Generate monthly statistics for RGAs and monitor trends.
• Respond to warranty inquiries via shared phone line and emails.
