Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Riverside ECM Site Manager to provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of the Enhanced Care Management Program in a single office location in Riverside, CA.

You will lead a team of Lead Care Managers, oversee policy adherence, drive data‑driven decisions, and partner with health plans and community organizations to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and conducting performance reviews.
• Bachelor's degree required; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the Enhanced Care Management Program.
• Direct and support Lead Care Managers; monitor performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with HR on interviewing, onboarding, and training; ensure compliance.
