Riverside ECM Site Manager

The Riverside ECM Site Manager plays a crucial role in providing strategic leadership and daily oversight of the Enhanced Care Management Program within a single office location. This position is responsible for driving the delivery of integrated, person-centered care for high-need, high-risk Medi-Cal beneficiaries. The manager will lead a team of Lead Care Managers, implement internal policies and workflows, make data-driven operational decisions, ensure compliance with regulations, and build strong partnerships with health plans and community organizations. The role requires a balance of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to maintain team accountability and foster a positive work environment. This position is ideal for a candidate who is both compassionate and firm, capable of motivating a team while upholding high standards.

Salary Range: $76,000 - $90,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the Enhanced Care Management Program
• Direct and support Lead Care Managers in delivering high-quality care
• Utilize data to monitor team performance and accountability
• Collaborate with HR to interview and onboard new staff
• Enforce compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Facilitate quarterly team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain open communication with team members and address concerns

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting
• Management and supervisory experience
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and conducting performance reviews
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel to various site locations for training and meetings
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
