Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk program development for the Financial Advisory Services practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to address professional, regulatory, and operational risks while designing controls and training to support engagements from intake through closure.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will help shape firm-wide risk practices, coordinate with GCO, and ensure independence and disclosure compliance across complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, or compliance within professional services.
• Working understanding of ABC matters and related risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk and compliance guidance to FAS engagements across restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation.
• Develop and deliver practical risk controls, workflows, and training for intake through closure.
• Maintain risk register, track regulatory developments, and coordinate with GCO.
• Oversee independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations on engagements.
