Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk oversight for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will identify professional, regulatory, and operational risks early and design practical controls, workflows, and training from intake to case closure.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will collaborate with the Office of General Counsel, firmwide risk management, and outside counsel to ensure independence and compliance while keeping engagements on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related field within professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management for the ABC/FAS portfolio and ensure effective controls.
• Advise on independence, conflicts, and disclosure for engagements across restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation.
• Develop and deliver risk management training and maintain the risk register with remediation status.
• Coordinate with GC, firm risk management, and external counsel on high-severity risk issues.
