Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking leaders in training and floor leadership to drive sales and guest experience in our Green Bay store. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership across operations, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, ensuring exceptional service, managing visual standards, and meeting sales goals while maintaining a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related retail experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills expected.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates in selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards of customer service.
