Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and daily store operations in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates, develop sales, and provide leadership to deliver a premier guest experience.

This full-time role requires building client relationships, leading by example, and maintaining high standards for service, presentation, and loss prevention across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related retail experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with finding merchandise and styling.
• Support management with training, recruiting and leadership tasks.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
