Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role includes recruiting and developing Teammates, delivering legendary guest service, and maintaining visual and merchandising standards. Responsibilities include leading by example, managing performance, and coordinating with the leadership team to meet sales goals while ensuring a

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet Guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and maintain knowledge of promotions.
Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: assist in recruiting and training new Teammates and maintain positive floor culture.
Visual Merchandise Management: own product placement, zone ownership, and visual standards.
Operations: flexible scheduling, Loss Prevention, POS procedures, and store policy adherence.
Supervisory and Leadership: provide feedback, support leadership, and foster team growth.
