Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support selling, merchandising and daily store operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will help recruit Teammates, lead by example, and deliver legendary guest service. You will greet guests, answer questions, demonstrate product knowledge, maintain visual standards, and pursue sales goals while coaching teammates in a fast-paced retail environment in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, locate and help obtain merchandise based on guest needs.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales, policies and promotions.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service and attentiveness.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates under leadership supervision.
• Keep a clean, organized, and shoppable store and uphold Buckle policies.
